Associate Member $35 to $1,999
Tiger Shark Associate Member $2,000 (One Instructor Candidate)
Bull Shark Associate Member $6,000 (Three Instructor Candidates)
Mako Shark Associate Member $10,000 (Five Instructor Candidates)
