“Professor Neil Katz’s 50th Year Scholarship Fund for our conflict resolution students.
First, our family is a family of educators. Together we have been teachers for well over 100 years and are passionate about the value of education.
Second, I wanted to acknowledge my gratitude for being able to spend now over a half of century in my“dream job” of being a professor and being able both to learn and inspire myself and well over 5000 students during my career.
Third, I wanted to assist our extraordinary students who are passionate and committed to making the world a better place and are often in dire need of financial assistance.
Lastly, I wanted to express my admiration and devotion to NSU and our Halmos College for its emphasis on scholarship of engagement and initiating programs that utilize University resources to enhance the well-being of our community neighbors.
For these reasons and many more, I hope you will join our family in contributing to this scholarship fund for our conflict resolution students.
